Junior Information Technology Support Specialist

We are looking for a candidate that is an all rounder that can work in an office environment . To assist in:

- Computer troubleshooting from Operating systems, networks, cloud PABX, printers etc
- Purchasing new IT equipment incl printer consumables

- Web development ( must know some coding HTML5 , Wordpress) . Shopify and added bonus
- Mailer Campaigns
- Assist in creating labels, Graphic Design of labels/brochures ( must understand Coreldraw and Photoshop)
- Some copyright/ wordsmith skills
- Working with sales people for content for mailers

Creditors Clerk

Well established, (est. 1986) fast growing dynamic business in the Northern Suburbs with a national footprint is looking for a young and vibrant person to fill the position of Creditors Clerk with a strong math and science background. This position is for a fixed term contract of 4 months (to replace an employee going on maternity leave) with the option to be further extended to a permanent position in a different capacity in the accounts department.


The primary focus of this position is full responsibility of the following:

➢ Complete all new credit applications and send for approval
➢ Liaise with local suppliers regarding discounts for early settlements
➢ Load all new suppliers on ERP system
➢ Reconcile and monitor goods returned notes ➢ Manage all account queries, credits and price variances
➢ Process all GRN’s operating expenses and COD accounts.
➢ Follow up on all purchase orders outstanding
➢ Capture all supplier invoices and tie up to purchase orders
➢ Reconcile accounts in creditors ledger to suppliers’ statements
➢ Preparing payments for discount, and COD creditors and allocating the payments accordingly
➢ Maintain stationery/toners stock and order from suppliers
➢ Organise payment for the Nedfleet account
➢ Process ROE for foreign suppliers and allocate payments accordingly
➢ Capture, check petrol slips against statements, organise payment accordingly for all branches and organise fitment of trackers when new vehicles are bought.
➢ Motor vehicle licence renewals
➢ Update the fuel consumption excel sheet for the month for all the branches
➢ Manage cash up money and bank accordingly
➢ Filing of documents and perform general office duties such as wages, contracts and any warehouse HR documents
➢ Answering the telephone calls
➢ Reconciliation of suppliers for timeous payments
➢ Check that goods invoiced is as per delivery note, check invoice is valid as per SARS requirements
Skills and Requirements

➢ Computer literate – must be accurate and pay attention to details
➢ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
➢ Proactive, organised and able to multitask and work well under pressure
➢ Participative and able to work as part of the team
➢ Grade 12 or equivalent NQF level 4 qualification
➢ Relevant certificate in Bookkeeping or Finance
